The sponsors of all projects have been floated under “Solid Void Architect’s” to take the over all management of the company. The company has been incorporated with the register as an Interior & Exterior Designer company. The registered office of the company is located at 32/34 Muktaloy, Road#03, Zakir Husain Road, South Khulshi,Chittagong, Bangladesh.
The managing Director and the Board of Directors are guided by the memorandum and Articles of Association of the company. Engr. Mr. Rafiqul Islam Mamun is the current Managing Director and he manages the day to day affairs of the company with assistance of hired personnel.
The initial Board of Directors of the company has been constituted by 2 persons and all of them are the share holders of the company.
